Parity error indicates probably a failed component. Since you're writing to
the flash when it happens, I'd guess that's the culprit. It's possible it's
ram though. What I'd do is take out the flash one at a time, and try
writing an 8MB image to each, to narrow down which one's at fault. If it
still fails on both, do the same with the RAM. Also, do a 'sh flash chips'
(or is it 'sh flash all') and see if it's all Intel flash. If some is AMD,
I think the bootrom needs to be 11.0 something.
