Many but not all of the DHCP options have specific keywords, such as
default-router, dns-server, domain-name, etc. The option keyword in the
DHCP config mode is used as a generic mechanism to define other DHCP
options, including vendor specific, that do not have defined keywords. The
docs give some examples.
