The CCO profile is the one on the www.cisco.com page. When you click on
'login' on that page, you're logging into CCO. Changing your profile there
is totally separate from the CCIE profile. To get to a CCIE profile, you
need to go to the tool under Certification to schedule a lab. When you
login using your CCIE written exam info, there's a place for the CCIE
profile. That is apparently what Cisco uses to ship the plaques with.
