1. The code of ISIS is much easier to adapt for the new thihgs
TLV types for TE, etc, than OSPF code.Because of this, Cisco makes new
thinks first available for ISIS (partial SPF recalculation for instance).
2. For non hierarchical design (1 big area) ISIS is much more scalable
than OSPF.
