Hedi,
I think something like this was stated a few weeks ago. Basiclly the
answer I belive was stated that there needs to be port security then bind
the mac to the Ip address in the arp table.
On Cat 3550 emi
!
interface FastEthernet0/6
switchport port-security mac-address aaaa.bbbb.cccc
no ip address
!
!
arp 10.10.10.10 aaaa.bbbb.cccc ARPA FastEthernet0/6

I think that is something what you are looking for. If I am wrong (very
well may be :) ) I am sure someone will give the correct answer you are
looking for.
