Routes redistributed into a protocol will not be redistributed to other
protocols on the same router. If I understand your scenario correctly, you
are trying to do static->OSPF->EIGRP. In this case, the static routes
will be redistributed to OSPF, and the OSPF routes will be redsitributed
to EIGRP, but static will NOT be redsitributed into EIGRP. You will need
to redistrubute static to EIGRP explicitly.
