You kind of answered your own question with your subject line. It's a
'policy routing' problem. Create a route-map to set all the traffic from
your router (include all interface addresses), use the 'ip local policy
route-map xxxx' command, and apply the policy to all your interfaces, other
than loopbacks. Class maps and policy maps could also be used.
