Not that it will help your score, there are a couple
of things that all of us should try to remember.
1. The CCIE is not a training program. It is a vendor
specific certification. As such, you play by their
rules.
2. You have a choice to go for this cert or not.
Either way has its rewards and sacrifices.
3. Try to think of this as any other profession exam
or license. Like the BAR, Professional Real Estate,
Profession Engineer, CPA, or even a driver license.
They only tell you that you pass or fail. Zero
feedback. Basically, you are testing yourself for a
privilege holding a certification of a CCIE not a
right.
I wish you the best of success in your quest for the
CCIE. Don't get discouraged, but get over it and you
will be successful in both life and in Certs.
