Hi All,
Need clarity on route-maps,
Here is a sample config,
route-map test permit 10
match ip address 1
set interface Bri0 Serial0
access-list 1 permit 192.168.1.1
Now, my question
I am defining a Local policy, which is applied to my ethernet0. Esentially
applying the "route-map test"
From the above config, the route-map matches the ip address specified in the
access-list 1.
I would like to know the meaning of the statement " set interface Bri0
Serial0 "
Does it mean that the router will forward the packet to the Bri
interface AND if the BRI interface is down it will use the Serial
interface0?
Any advice on this would be great.
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Max.
