Jennifer, the command is "csim start xxxx". xxxx being the extension number:
r6#csim start 3333
> csim: called number = 3333, loop count = 1 ping count = 0
>
> csim: loop = 1, failed = 1
> csim: call attempted = 1, setup failed = 1, tone failed = 0

Note that the output above is from a working config. The "failed=1" means nobody picked up the phone. If the phone had been picked up you'd see "failed=0" (could be an answering machine responding also)
