A confederation is one way, and if they're private AS numbers you can
use the remove private as option also.

Subject: BGP as-path manipulation
I know how to add ASNs to an AS PATH using AS prepend, but how do I
remove/replace an ASN if I have control of the ASN the route is coming
from? Do I have to do something like create a confederation to make the
source appear different?
Thanks
Rich
