Putti,

If you want to backup the ras voip dial-peer, try this configuration:

dial-peer voice 1 voip
preference 0 ------------> preferred dial-peer
destination-pattern 200
session target ras
dial-peer voice 2 voip ----> backup for dial-peer 1
preference 1
destination-pattern 200
session target ipv4:10.1.1.1

The key here is "backup". In this scenario, the gatekeeper will be tried
first before dial-peer 2 is attempted.
