As you probably know, the adjacent router is using OUTBOUND interface cost
only for metric calculation. I suspect the Serial interface on the adjacent
router has a cost of 64. Check it out. Good luck!

Based on the following, serial0/0.1 has a cost of 65 and ethernet0/0 has a
cost of 10. So, why is an adjacent router seeing the ethernet network at a
