You can use GRE tunnel interfaces, and policy routing to direct traffic over
the appropriate tunnels.

Subject: VPN on Cisco Router

Does anyone know if it is possible to build multiple IPSec VPN tunnels to
the same remote endpoint on a Cisco router running IOS w/IPSec? I ask
because my Nortel Contivity 4500 VPN concentrator will not let me do it.
Just to provide a bit more information, the goal is to build 2 tunnels to
the same endpoint, one for application data and one for management traffic.

Thanks in advance!
