Team:
Can anyone please kindly explain to me (or give me some e.g.) on what's the
use of "crypto map <testmap> local-address <Serial0> command"?? I tried to
look it up on CCO, yet I'm still very confused as what it is used for / when
one will need it etc.
Is it the same as PIX's "isakmp enable <outside>" command??
From CCO:
crypto map local-address
To specify and name an identifying interface to be used by the crypto map
for IPSec traffic, use the crypto map local-address global configuration
command. To remove this command from the configuration, use the no form of
this command.
crypto map map-name local-address interface-id
no crypto map map-name local-address
Thanks in advance,
H.
