I have re-created your scenario in a lab, and I do not see the same
results as you. In your first example, I do not understand why your
routing table only has Connected routes inserted. With the same
distribute-lists as you, I was able to receive routes. The unusual
thing about your scenario is that the problem has nothing to do with
redistribution. With distibute-lists applied to the protocol process,
you are not receiving *any* routes, even from neighbors!
Maybe you have an IOS bug, or there is part of your configuration that I
am not aware of.
I hope someone else can verify this.
