Under the opsf process you can use:
distance ospf external #
where # is the administrative distance. Also, you could use
distance #
and this would give you a default administrative distance, or
distance # x.x.x.x y.y.y.y ACL#
which would give you the AD for source x.x.x.x y.y.y.y matching ACL#
