you want to control the QOS per interface OR per PVC is the major
question?
most of the time interface is not the problem . PVC is the problem, so
you should look in to PVC (FRTS) rather than GTS.

I found that the GTS in the FR interface and the FRTS can play the same
role, can anybody tell me their differences?
