You will also need to consider what other QoS features you may want to
use in conjunction with Traffic Shaping. You can only use WFQ & CBWFQ on
GTS but you can use WFQ, CBWFQ, PQ & CQ with FRTS. Frequently you will
implement some form of queuing/prioritisation along with traffic
shaping.

most of the time interface is not the problem .  PVC is the problem, so 
you should look in to PVC (FRTS) rather than GTS.
