First, let me say I have never received money from IPexpert. There
have been some partnerships with Gettlabs and Certzone, but I am not
directly affected by them.

In this case, I don't see the problem., unless you bought the book
after the 3550 was added. If that was the case, it probably would
have been appropriate for you to have gotten a warning that the book
might not match the current lab (and no workbook can guarantee to
match it without violating NDA).

If, however, you bought the book before introduction of the 3550, I
think they have been playing fairly with you. If I buy a hard copy
set of IOS documentation for one release, I don't expect Cisco to
send me the documentation on the next release without charge.
