I purchased the 2.1 IPExpert workbook earlier this year only to find
that, because of the changes, it was pretty useless. Admittedly, I did
not go through the motions of asking for an upgrade as I had read that
there would be none.
I ended up springing for another workbook for about the same money. It
was clearly not IPExpert 3.0, as I was not about to spend a penny more
with an organization that sells me useless material, for which there is
no recourse.
This time I bought the HelloComputer workbook. Hello's book is, in many
respects a better one. The problem is that, as I'm doing a lot of online
rack rental, most of the online rack vendors have designed their racks
to be compatible with IPExpert. None are specifically designed for Hello
(except Hello's own, which is another story).
I would have preferred a usable IPExpert workbook, but on sheer
principle, I won't deal with such a consumer-unfriendly organization.
I'd be interested in hearing other views.

Did anyone every had issues with IPExpert.
I purchased 2.1 workbook, but the scenarios are useless since Cisco
changed the switches to the 3550. Now I asked IPExpert if there is any
update to 2.1 workbook...but, they tell me to buy the 3.0 workbook
instead. Has anyone had a similar experience.
