I don't believe you can find it in a show command. There is an MIB variable
(look under entity MIB) that shows a chassis serial number, but I've found
that what you get is the serial number of the processor board, not the
number on the sticker on the router. On the other hand, it *might* be enough
so that TAC can locate your contract. HTH

Is it possible to get the serial number off a router once you have deployed
it in the field, by using a show command.
I dont want to have to go to site to check it for the support contract.
