Jeff,
Just to add to Chuck's reply, I noticed the gateway of the
failed forwarded dhcp's are via 25.252, which must be
a loopback on the Router; but I don't believe you would
see these if HSRP was set up correctly for vlan 5 as the
.254 would route via the helper.
