Question on IPexpert 3.0 Ch6 OSPF R2 config

Hi,

Any expert that have the IPexpert 3.0 workbook, I have a question on Ch6
OSPF. I check the solution config provided, but I don't understnad why we
need the following two commmad on R2, can someone please help?

1) area 1 stub

2) the keyword 'default-information-originate' after 'area 3 nssa'

I can't see where in the questions require these two commands.
