on interface:

switchport port-security

Switchport port-security [mac-address]

Switchport port-security max 1

Switchport port-security violation shutdown

Then:

Cat3550#show port interface fas0/1

Port Security : Enabled

Port status : SecureUp

Violation mode : Shutdown

Maximum MAC Addresses : 1
