You could setup BGP between the 2 companies and redistribute the IGP's into
BGP. Just apply the necessary filters to make sure theres no routing loops.
You could also redistribute between the IGP's, but you have to keep in mind
the metrics such as hop count for RIP. I would prefer BGP myself. I think
this will give me greater flexibilty in manipulating routes, paths, etc.
