On your hub router, under the serial interface, type " ip ospf priority 200"
and under the ospf process, specify the spoke as the neighbor "neighbor
x.x.x.x" and on the spoke serial interface, type "ip ospf priority 0" . You
could also specify on the Hub when configuring the neighbor, such as this "
neighbor x.x.x.x priority 0 " If you do this on the Hub, then don't specify
"ip ospf priority 0" under the serial interface on the Spoke router.
