Just a question the came to mind. "The LAB" how do they present it:

e.g.

3, 4 pages long (text with diagram, no diagram only text)

Objective based (sequence that one needs to follow - one objective building
onto the other)

Topic based (get OSPF, DLSW etc going from this router to that router - then
you are left to your own devices)

Maybe, someone has an example that could be mailed to me?
