I believe without looking at my notes, or following router prompts and ? it
is a matter of making 2 dial peers with the same destination and adding the
preference argument. I am no expert here so corrections may follow.
For example
dial-peer voice 1 pots
destination 5551212
port 1/0
preference 1
dial-peer voice 2 voip
destination 5551212
session target ipv4:1.1.1.1
preference 2
Both use the same dialed number but the one with the lowest prefernce will
be used first. If thereis no signalling connection it will move to the next.
