Frame point to multipoint uses LAN Hellos and requires frame relay map clns
statements, and either frame relay ip maps, or interfaces DLCIs. Your
spokes need to use physical interfaces such that they come up with LAN
hellos (network type broadcast). Beyond that, use debug clns adj-packets
to get a feel for what is going wrong.
