I agree with you. Ipexpert labs are really nice but their rack is expensive.
Here a few cheap racks for you to consider.
1- www.ebay.com: I saw some very cheap racks in ebay as low as $20 for per
12 hours.
2- www.cclabs.net
3- www.lamernetworks.com 12 hours for $15.
4- www.ccrouters.com 7:30 hours for $25.

Ipexpert is too expensive. 50 bucks for 6 hours is too much to bear. you
might want to try looking at cclabs.net. I'm using their stuff right now
with Ipexpert's ver 3.0 workbook and it's works great. Andrew's a nice chap
as well.
