don't think clock rate has anything to do with OSPF as a protocol. But clockrate determined your
physical port speed for transmitting data and such so called physical port speed.
Bandwidth however do effect cost calculation on OSPF. You should set the bandwith in referance to
the clock rate set for the interface.

Does clock rate have anything to do with cost of OSPF or frame-relay traffic
shaping? Or is this only affected by bandwidth command?

Thanks,

Nate
