Ok I see the error of my ways. For some reason I was thinking the common bits
had to be "on" bits or 1's.

A good explanation is on page 306 of Caslow's book. He has six examples to
work with.
He suggests color coding your common bit values;
10000010.00001010.00101010.000 which is 130.10.32.0 255.255.224.0
You get a lot of waste in your example in the summarization as the addresses
are so far apart.
Summarization is classless..
