Enrique is exactly right. Your difference starts on the 28th bit..
Hence you can have a /27 summary, or for simplicity a 130.10.32/24 mask
if it meets your requirements.
If I convert to binary I get:
>
> 10000010.00001010.00101010.000*00000
>
> 10000010.00001010.00101010.000*10000
>(11111111.11111111.11111111.111*00000) = 255.255.255.224
> To right most matching significant bits are:
>
> 10000010.00001010.00101010.00000000
>
> 10000010.00001010.00101010.00010000

Hi Tim,
I think you can summarize a litle bit more because there are three more
matched bits regarding the two subnets. In my opinion it would be like
this: 130.10.32.0 255.255.255.224
