The first thing I'd check is that your network commands match
the routes in your IGP exactly.

For example, if you have 10.1.1.0/25 and 10.1.1.128/25 in your
IGP, you can't use 'network 10.1.1.0 mask 255.255.255.0' to get
both routes into the BGP table. In this case you'd need to use
two network commands, one for each prefix.
