1. Also check your cabling.
2. Do a show interface on each serial interface,
what is the condition? UP/UP, UP/DOWN, etc. What is the LMI state?
3. Make sure each serial interface has the "frame-relay intf-type dce" I
didn't see that on all the interfaces.
4. Make sure the lmi type is set to the same type. Cisco is the default.
