A given router only has in its database LSA entries that it learned
directly from one of its configured areas. LSA's are processed based upon
where they were heard and posted in the LSDB accordingly, not based upon an
area-id in any packet. If you have one backbone area and all your other
areas use the same number, this will actually work, but it limits your
ability to have ABR's provide transit for more than 1 area at a time.
