when using confederation your routes will apear to you peer withing the
same AS as EBGP..

the reson i say that is because notice how the apear in the routing
tables without enabling synchro..

now if you peer with a external peer notice how you do not have to turn
synchro to see the routes in the routing table

when i mean routing table I mean a "sho ip route"
