DSPU is a great method to use if you have the routers to spare. If you need
the configs to setup up PU2 and PU4 emulated devices let me know.

They are called 'Peers on Demand' so they set up only on demand, that means
they need traffic to trigger them up.
Either connect 1 workstation each to the 2 peers (between which you need to
trigger POD) or use DSPU command (I havent really had the need to use this
command, but check the archives on the syntax)
