Chenyan,

Flow based WRED depends on each flows and each flow is identified
by (SA, DA, Port numbers). DSCP based WRED is grouping all the
packets with the same DSCP value and applying the policies (may be
the policy is marking, policing, shaping ....).

Flow based WRED does not include the TOS/DSCP bits to identify a
flow.
