hi,guys

In the FRTS, the MINCIR which is the guaranted rate and the CIR which is the target rate shapped to are mentioned, vut in the GTS, no MINCIR is mentioned, and only one CIR is mentioned.
I do not know what the guaranted rate is when using GTS? (The CIR?)
