My understanding of the scenario is that they want to permit an address range
and deny the rest.
BTW, the IPX network range to allow is B8000-B80FF
Would the following command serve the purpose?

access-list 801 permit any B8000.0000.0000.0000 B80ff.ffff.ffff.ffff
