We use were using 128MB but have since upgraded to 256MB
Our BGP Table is about 50MB - Full Internet Tables +/- 111,000 prefixes
Additional 20MB for the routing table.

This is off topic, but what is the current minimum recommendation to pull
full Internet route tables from two providers.
Is there anyway to get away with 128MB or is 256MB the only way to insure a
