opss sorry i read both of the nets as 168 :))

if the rip is ver1 then
what will happen is that r2 will advertise only 168.1.0.0 to R3 , two major cla
ss networks is there .

if the rip is ver2 , then both /29 and /24 will be advertised ...a filter in th
e redistribute command can get rid of the unwanted subnet

or distribute list out the rip interface as well.
