it did not work for me without creating the BV1 on the R2 ..i dont know how it
worked for you ...but when i remove the BV from R2 , nothing is pinging ..when
i put it back ..it just ping .
i was testing this on subif of the ethernet ..i tried also bridge 1 bride ip ..
nothing is different .
