As per doyle's vol1 , only RIPv1 and IGRP do NOT understand tags .
so you can do this solution in the two directions like that

route-map ospf2eigrp deny 10
match tag 88
!
route-map ospf2eigrp permit 20
set tag 77
!

do the opposite for Eigrpp .
