You can enable port fast on a trunk however it is not recommended. There is
a much greater change of a loop coming from a trunk port, as many devices
can be on the end of the trunk, and therefore Cisco recommend that this port
goes through listening and learning stages rather than instantly forwarding
the port and then detecting a loop.
If you know there is only a router at the other end and that it is not
creating a loop then you could enable port fast. MSFCs connections to the
CAT6000 are set with port fast enabled which is basically the same thing, a
one-armed router.

Group,
Can portfast be enabled on a switch port that is trunking to a fast
Ethernet port of a router without any adverse effects? It seems you can
enable it, but will it cause any problems, and what is the best practice?
Thanks
