In a 7200 you have the "left part" and the "rigth part" of the
chassis. It means that you have 4 slots (7204), 6 slots (7206) in
two columns. You can put a maximun of 600 "points of weight" per
column. Each port adapter has its own weight. It is a theorical
value. If the port adapter is a high speed pa, it has more weight,
i.e. 300 points than a low speed interface. I think there is no
limitations in the number of PA-2FE if you don't exceed the limit of
the column. So you can play and put 2 PA-2FE in one column and the
other one in the other column. Notice that the I/O controller has its
weight as well.
