Thanks to all who responded,
I played pretty much with this callback stuff
tried both PAP and CHAP, so there left
"dialer remote-name" on one of dialers, but
since it was same as hostname it doesn't hurt.
"dialer enable-timeout 2" and
"dialer wait-for-carrier-time 5" may help but
not necessary, I think it rather for a modem
line. "ppp callback accept" under the dialer
interface was not necessary at all.
Actually the solution was "wr m" "rel" on the
called side. After it everything began to play.
