Ted,

When you are summarizing the routes in OSPF, are you summarizing them to the
same bit boundry as the interface connected to the IGRP router? As long as
the routes that you summarize and redist between OSPF>IGRP have the same
subnet mask as the interface, it should work.

Post configs if you are still having problems.
